Our Story

Tee Box started with founder and CEO Preston Unck. Growing up, Preston played sports and came from an athletic family. His interest in golf began during COVID, and before long, he became serious about improving his game.

As he trained more, he noticed something was missing. Other sports had facilities focused on player development, while golfers often had to piece together different ways to practice and improve. Few places brought coaching, training, and community under one roof.

Preston wanted to change that. His goal was simple: create a space where local golfers could train and where young players could work on their skills.

Word spread quickly, and the idea grew into a much larger community. As we’ve grown, our purpose has remained the same. We want to inspire people through golf by giving them a clear path to improve and helping them grow along the way.

Tee Box Delray is an absolute home run...or should I say, a hole-in-one! The facility is beautiful, spotless, and packed with incredible technology. The TrackMan simulators make practicing feel more like playing than working on your game, and the entire atmosphere is comfortable, upbeat, and welcoming. What really makes Tee Box special is the team. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help you improve while making sure you have a great time. Whether you’re a serious golfer looking to sharpen your swing or just want a fun place to play with friends, this place delivers. No blazing South Florida sun, no rain delays, and no waiting behind the group that somehow turns nine holes into an all-day event. Just great golf, great people, and a really fun experience. Delray definitely needed a place like this. I’m already looking forward to enjoying my membership this year!

Tee Box is great. The trackman technology is the best including cameras for watching your swing and face impact. I am enjoying it very much. The pro Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a great environment to hang out, relax, and get better at golf and workout. Glad it is in action!

From the moment I walked in and was warmly greeted by the owner, Tom, I knew Tee Box Delray was something special. The hospitality felt genuine and personal right away, setting the tone for an outstanding experience. The facility itself is heads and shoulders above every other golf simulator venue I’ve tried, and I’ve played at quite a few. It’s clean, spacious, modern, and clearly built with serious golfers in mind. The simulators and analytics are absolutely mind-blowing. The technology is so advanced and accurate that it has already elevated my game and gave me insights I’ve never gotten anywhere else. Every session feels like a high-level training session combined with pure fun. A huge shoutout to the full-time pro, Mike, who is exceptional. His knowledge, coaching style, and attention to detail are top-tier. Having a dedicated pro like Mike on site makes Tee Box Delray the complete package. Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve or a low-handicapper wanting to dial in your game, this place delivers at the highest level. Tee Box Delray isn’t just the best in the area, it’s the best of the best. Joining was the easiest decision I ever made!

Tee Box Delray has completely changed the way I practice golf. I've been a member for about a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly say this is one of the best investments I've made in my game. Before joining, I spent a lot of time at traditional driving ranges, but the combination of TrackMan technology, PuttView, the golf-specific gym, and structured training has made my practice sessions far more productive. What really sets Tee Box apart is that it's not just another simulator facility. It's a complete golf improvement center. Whether I have 30 minutes or two hours, I always know exactly what I'm working on, and the instant feedback makes every swing count. The Owner and Pro have both been outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping members improve. The facility is always clean, the equipment is first-class, and it's easy to fit practice into a busy schedule because of the flexible hours. Since joining, my ball striking has become noticeably more consistent, and I'm seeing that improvement carry over to the golf course. As someone who's serious about lowering my handicap, I can't imagine going back to practicing any other way. If you're in South Florida and truly want to improve—not just hit balls—I'd recommend Tee Box without hesitation. It's one of those rare memberships that actually delivers on what it promises.

Tee Box is fantastic! It’s classy and comfortable and very high-tech. Incredible place to practice, and the putter fitting set up is unbelievable. You can’t find this at a Pga Superstore or Edwin Watts! If you want to TRULY get fitted for a putter the correct way, this is state of the art, and the only place to get it done. Tom, The owner, is incredibly nice, passionate, and knowledgeable. The pro who works there will get you hooked up the right way. We have needed a place like this and I’m so thrilled that it’s available and open now! The trackman has settings on there that I’ve NEVER seen on other trackman units. It’s top-notch and beyond anything I’ve witnessed. They have four bays, the great putter fitting section, and a gorgeous weight room. You can really take care of everything you need here to get yourself in the best golf shape you can be in!!!! I’m blown away by how beautiful and comfortable this place is. This will be like a second home for many of you! A place where you can really work on fine-tuning your game. My wife and I are absolutely blown away, and we both give it a 5- star rating.

Tee box is the beat training you can get outside Titleist TPI in California. But TPI will only train tour peofessionals on their campus. The instruction is TPI level 3 golf: the highest level outside of TPI in California. That being said this location is NOT YET OPEN!! They are still installing the equipment. Ive stopped in multiple times and it looks like it should be done early July. Its membership based so I am hoping to get my membership set up before sign-up is closed. They only allow a certain number of members so it doesn't get overcrowded so I put my name on the reserve list. I think for thisnlocation its 200 or less members. It'll cost less than 2 lessons a month and you get unlimited training, a.complete gym and customized plans included. Trackman, sportsbox, puttview. Premium functional weight room and fitness area. Its a no brainer. Best. Training. Ever.
