The Golf Performance Assessement
Most golfers practice the wrong thing for years. The Golf Performance Assessment (GPA) grades your body, your swing, and your putting — your Tee Box GPA — checks your clubs against all three, and hands you the exact plan to lower your scores.

How it Works
Our Three-Step Assessment Process
01
Book Your Session
Choose a time that works best for you and book your Golf Performance Assessment. Once you’re on the schedule, you’re ready to take the first step toward getting a complete picture of your game.
02
Complete Your Assessment
During your assessment, your Box Pro will walk you through a series of technology-backed tests of your body movement, swing, and putting. Each area is graded, giving you a Tee Box GPA on a 4.0 scale. Lastly, we check your equipment to see how it performs for you and log everything to your fitting profile in Forj.
03
Leave With Your GPA And Plan
Your Tee Box GPA and personalized improvement plan are yours to keep. You’ll leave knowing where your game stands today, what areas need the most attention, and what to work on next.
What You Get
You Keep It All, Whether or Not You Join
Tee Box’s Golf Performance Assessment is not a sales pitch or a way to pressure you into a membership. Whether you choose to train with us or not, you’ll walk away with:
-
A Performance GPA: Objective grades for your swing, putting, and physical performance. Together, they help pinpoint where you’re strongest and where the greatest opportunities for improvement exist. - A Movement Analysis: A better understanding of how your mobility, stability, and movement patterns may be influencing your performance on the course.
- An Equipment Evaluation: A look at how well your current clubs fit your swing and whether factors like length, lie, loft, shaft, or setup could be helping—or limiting—your performance.
- Pro Training Recommendations: A fully written plan with clear next steps and priorities for improvement. Every recommendation is personalized to how you play today, where you want to go, and what can make the biggest difference in your game.
