Everything You Need in One Place

We believe golf is more than a sport—it’s a skill that builds confidence, healthy habits, and personal growth on and off the course. Here are some of the top benefits of golf:

• Improves coordination and balance
• Helps players develop patience and discipline
• Promotes cognitive health, improves strategic thinking
• Creates opportunities to connect with friends and community

At Tee Box Pleasant Grove, we combine professional coaching, industry-leading training technology, golf-specific fitness, club fitting, and a welcoming community to help golfers of every skill level improve their game year-round.

Tee Box Pleasant Grove uses industry-leading technology, including TrackMan, Sportsbox AI, and PuttView, to provide objective feedback on your swing, ball flight, and putting performance. These tools help our coaches create personalized instruction and more effective practice plans.

Getting started is simple. You can fill out an online inquiry form for more information or visit your local Tee Box location and speak with a team member to discuss your preferred plan.
