Our Story

Tee Box started with founder and CEO Preston Unck. Growing up, Preston played sports and came from an athletic family. His interest in golf began during COVID, and before long, he became serious about improving his game.

As he trained more, he noticed something was missing. Other sports had facilities focused on player development, while golfers often had to piece together different ways to practice and improve. Few places brought coaching, training, and community under one roof.

Preston wanted to change that. His goal was simple: create a space where local golfers could train and where young players could work on their skills.

Word spread quickly, and the idea grew into a much larger community. As we’ve grown, our purpose has remained the same. We want to inspire people through golf by giving them a clear path to improve and helping them grow along the way.

Tee Box Fans

As a fairly new golfer, I was initially skeptical about indoor golf practice, but TeeBox has completely changed my perspective! It offers an excellent training environment along with the convenience of a 24-hour gym. The AI-powered feedback is a fantastic tool for improving your swing and overall game, and the friendly competition among members makes practicing even more enjoyable. You can easily play 18 holes in under two hours, which is a huge plus! I’ve noticed a real improvement in my outdoor game since practicing at TeeBox, and I’ve also learned so much about golf rules and strategies that I never knew before. And let’s not forget Todd, the golf pro, who is incredibly helpful and usually available on-site daily to offer guidance and advice. Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve or a more experienced golfer wanting to sharpen your skills, I highly recommend TeeBox!

I’ve been loving it here. It’s really well built out. Has everything you need; full gym, Trackman simulators, and great places to lounge. Todd and the whole Tee Box team have been great.

Tee Box Oro Valley gets it right! It’s a welcoming, family friendly spot where you can lock in and take your golf game seriously. The environment is completely relaxed. I can practice without any stress. The 24/7 access makes any session incredibly convenient to bring my family or just work on my game.

Todd and Nathaniel helped me understand everything the facility had to offer. I then had an initial assessment with Todd. Based on the explanation, tour and assessment I decided to join and purchased an annual membership. I have been going there about 5 days a week and have been learning how to properly use the simulator and analyze the data with their help. Next step is to incorporate their gym and the recommended exercise into my normal current exercise routine. I think this could really be a winner for me!!!

Tee Box Oro Valley is the best indoor golf experience around! Nathaniel, Sam, and Brett have created an awesome facility with great simulators, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. Todd, the Box Pro, is as knowledgeable and friendly as they come. Whether you're practicing or just having fun, I highly recommend checking it out!

— Richard Sullivan | google | 07.21.2026
A great place to up your game! Following the exercises and swing changes has already improved my distance and consistency after only a month. The analytics really help understand what I need to change.

— Steve Vonk | google | 07.21.2026
Love being able to work on my game rain or shine! Quality facility with state of the art technology! Come check it out for yourself.

— Steve Noble | google | 07.21.2026
Great place to go in and work on your game any time of day!

— Derek Vangstad | google | 07.21.2026
Absolutely amazing facility! Im able to get a full workout in and practice all aspects of my game in one membership. The data available through both trackman and Sportsbox allows me to truly root out the issues with my swing, and get real time data on every shot. After only one month I’ve corrected two major issues with my swing and am already making better contact. With a membership, Todd is able to assess strengths and weaknesses at any level, and allow you to work those areas out whether that be strength training or rehab. Everyone at TeeBox is amazing and I believe this to be worth every penny!

— Aidan Nash | google | 07.20.2026
The tee box up in Oro Valley is one of the best ways to practice your golf game, get professional help, and to get a good workout in. Give them a call and schedule a time to check it out. I also love having more business in the OVMP.

— Tony Benitez | google | 07.20.2026
Tee Box is so much fun with the best equipment for golf. I would highly recommend this brand new facility to improve your golf game.

— Jill Davis | google | 06.26.2026
This is an AMAZING facility. Having not seen what the pro golfers use, I have to imagine that this as close as possible. Golf instruction and games, full gym, stretching & flexibility coaching are all right here in one place. The discount to join as a Founding Member is substantial. Had the pleasure of spending time with Brett (owner) and Nathanial. Smart and passionate about helping golfers get better and really enjoy the game is just the start. Excited to have this in Oro Valley.
