At Tee Box, we believe golf can bring out the best in people. This connection between golf and personal growth is what Tee Box is all about—we believe that golf helps make better people.

Our Story

Tee Box started with founder and CEO Preston Unck. Growing up, Preston played sports and came from an athletic family. His interest in golf began during COVID, and before long, he became serious about improving his game.

As he trained more, he noticed something was missing. Other sports had facilities focused on player development, while golfers often had to piece together different ways to practice and improve. Few places brought coaching, training, and community under one roof.

Preston wanted to change that. His goal was simple: create a space where local golfers could train and where young players could work on their skills.

Word spread quickly, and the idea grew into a much larger community. As we’ve grown, our purpose has remained the same. We want to inspire people through golf by giving them a clear path to improve and helping them grow along the way.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Tee Box Fort Lauderdale. The facility is top notch and the TrackMan simulator is incredible. The technology gives you detailed feedback on your swing which has made a huge difference in helping me understand and improve my golf game. A special shout out to Mitri and the coaching team. I went to Tee Box with my husband since he’s a golfer, and we both really enjoyed it! It’s such a cool and different concept compared to a normal golf facility. The Trackman simulators are awesome, and I love that they also have a gym with golf-specific training. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The TrackMan simulators, combined with expert coaching, provide the perfect tools to improve your swing with immediate feedback. My husband and I recently visited Tee Box Golf in Oakland Park for a tour and complimentary assessment because we were seriously considering joining. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The facility is outstanding. First time visiting Tee Box Screen Golf and the experience was amazing. This is a new facility that offers screen golf that is sectioned off to 3 different bays, putting green area with laser lights features, and a gym that has all the main equipments for a full body workout session. Chris helped me out today for a consultation, guided me through what tee box was all about, and coached me on my swing and posture. I first heard about this place through yelp’s Big Hobby Energy Event, and I am glad that I came. The experience is worth every bit of your time. I really would love to be a member here one day. After today’s experience, I am fully convinced that it will be worth every dollar spent for membership. Unfortunately, my reality right now I am not able to tack on additional monthly expense, but as soon as my situation improves, I will be signing up. Coming in here for a golf evaluation with Chris free of charge was like an invitation for me to test drive the Lamborghini truck at a dealership. On the regular, I won’t even know where to go to test drive one, but the opportunity presented today was as valuable. Yes I recommend this place to others. Yes I would definitely be back here in the future, when my financial situation improves. 🙂

What if I am unhappy with my membership and want to cancel?

We want every member to have a positive experience at Tee Box. If you need assistance with cancellations or membership upgrades, our team is here to help through the in-app chat feature, via email at [email protected], or directly through your local Box Pro.

For annual members, cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance for the year. Monthly members can cancel with a 30-day notice. Contact us for any membership changes, and we’ll guide you through the process.
