When you train at Tee Box, you’ll use TrackMan technology under the guidance of a Box Pro. Every time you hit a shot, TrackMan provides immediate feedback, giving your coach access to more than 40 parameters, including:

• Guide changes to your swing and see how they affect your shots
• Identify swing tendencies and recurring patterns
• Compare results before and after an adjustment
• Measure improvement, show your progress, and set realistic goals

Skill Assessments

TrackMan is used during the Golf Performance Assessment to establish a performance baseline. Your Box Pro then combines those results with your movement, putting, and equipment evaluations to:

• Grade your performance and give you a Tee Box GPA
• Identify strengths and areas that need improvement
• Build a personalized improvement plan with clear priorities

Club Fitting Support

TrackMan is also used at Tee Box St. George for club fittings. Here’s what that process looks like:

1. Hit with your current clubs in a TrackMan bay to establish a baseline for metrics like ball speed, launch, spin, carry distance, and dispersion.
2. Your Box Pro uses your swing and initial results to select different equipment to test, including clubheads, shafts, lofts, and lies.
3. Hit with the different setups while TrackMan measures how each change affects your shots.
4. Review the results with your Box Pro to compare each option with your current equipment and determine which setup performs best for you. If new equipment could help, you can purchase clubs, but there is no pressure or requirement to do so.
