Explore our training philosophy and discover the programs designed to help you keep improving on and off any driving range in Uintah, UT.
Body
How your body moves determines how you golf. Through TPI movement assessments, our team identifies physical strengths and limitations that influence performance.
Those insights create direction for training. We bring together strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and golf-specific performance training around your needs and goals. Every part of the process has a purpose: helping you move better, build greater physical capacity, and develop a body that supports your golf game.
As your body changes, your coach will reevaluate your training regimen. This creates a foundation for better movement, consistent performance, and long-term progress.
Swing
A player’s swing is a core part of their overall game, and understanding its nuances is essential to improving.
At Tee Box, swing development combines coaching, data, and practice. Our coaches identify the changes that will have the greatest impact on your swing while building on your existing strengths. Instead of chasing quick fixes, we create a purposeful process designed to develop a more consistent swing over time.
Equipment
The right equipment supports your development. Our club sales and fittings match members with equipment that complements their swing. At Tee Box, we incorporate our equipment recommendations into your development system. By evaluating how your body moves and how you swing, we can better understand how your club affects your results.
Community
Improvement is easier when you're surrounded by people who share your commitment. Tee Box Uintah brings golfers of all experience levels together to encourage one another, celebrate progress, and hold each other accountable.
Members can participate in events, challenges, and group activities that create lasting relationships. Our community is built around the belief that excellence is more rewarding when you do it together.
Our Tech
We use advanced, state-of-the-art technology in every Tee Box location. These systems include TrackMan, Puttview, TPI, Sportsbox AI, and Forj.
This technology gathers information about movement, swing, ball flight, and progress, and our coaches turn that data into actionable goals. The data creates a clearer picture of what's happening in your game, while our coaches can translate the numbers into how to improve.
Our technology is integrated into assessment, coaching, practice, and measurement. It helps establish benchmarks, identify patterns, track change, and keep golf fun.
