This connection between golf and personal growth is what Tee Box is all about—we believe that golf helps make better people.

Our Story

Tee Box started with founder and CEO Preston Unck. Growing up, Preston played sports and came from an athletic family. His interest in golf began during COVID, and before long, he became serious about improving his game.

As he trained more, he noticed something was missing. Other sports had facilities focused on player development, while golfers often had to piece together different ways to practice and improve. Few places brought coaching, training, and community under one roof.

Preston wanted to change that. His goal was simple: create a space where local golfers could train and where young players could work on their skills.

Word spread quickly, and the idea grew into a much larger community. As we’ve grown, our purpose has remained the same. We want to inspire people through golf by giving them a clear path to improve and helping them grow along the way.

I recently became a "Performance" member at Tee Box and my experience has been fantastic. First off, they are never closed! This is huge for me and my schedule. You can easily book, modify, and cancel hitting bay reservations in that app. The Box Pro is Jonathan. I was a little apprehensive about doing a coaching session, I am usually one to prefer to practice on my own. We did a "Box Assessment" and coaching session yesterday, and by the end of the session, my biggest weakness, my driver, was going straight and long. Jonathan really knows his stuff, not only the mechanics of the swing, but also equipment. Right away he recognized that my driver shaft was too light for my swing (despite it being stiff). He swapped it out (they have a ton of club fitting options), and adjusted my swing path a bit, and that was it. I have been struggling with my driver for a decade. The facility is brand new and state of the art. You can tell they were really thoughtful about design and implementation. The gym equipment is also brand new and there is a nice variety.The PuttView putting system is so fun and useful. If you are considering it, you should check it out. Tell them I sent you!

Spending time at Tee Box has drastically changed my game. The simulation tools allow me to focus in on specific parts of my swing, fixing one thing at a time, developing new muscle memory, etc. Getting an assessment from the pro, Jonathan, solved several problems in an hour. I recommend it even for the casual golfer. I wish I had access to these tools years ago when I started playing.

I got my Box Assessment done and I have a plan! Feels good not to just be in my own head trying to figure out how to improve but I have something specific to work on at Teebox and on the course. I am encouraged that I will be able to add consistency and yards to my game by following my development plan! 1st off, I'm not a golfer! But I am a putt putter! LOL I had a fantastic time at Tee Box! I had the opportunity to visit Tee Box as part of an event and there were so many options. An awesome putting green with a variety of options to challenge your skills and then 3 booths to work on your driving, chipping and so much more. I found my sweet spot with the putt putt game options! They also have equipment to help you strengthen your body as well as coaches to help you improve your mind and game. What a fantastic experience. From the serious to the fun, you will find something at Tee Box!

What technology does Tee Box use to improve my golf game?

Tee Box East Wichita uses industry-leading technology, including TrackMan, Sportsbox AI, and PuttView, to provide objective feedback on your swing, ball flight, and putting performance. These tools help our coaches create personalized instruction and more effective practice plans.

How do I sign up for a membership?

Getting started is simple. You can fill out an online inquiry form for more information or visit your local Tee Box location and speak with a team member to discuss your preferred plan.

What if I am unhappy with my membership and want to cancel?

We want every member to have a positive experience at Tee Box. If you need assistance with cancellations or membership upgrades, our team is here to help through the in-app chat feature, via email at [email protected], or directly through your local Box Pro.

For annual members, cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance for the year. Monthly members can cancel with a 30-day notice. Contact us for any membership changes, and we’ll guide you through the process.
