Golf has always been a part of my life since as long as I can remember, my parents introduced me to the game of golf at the age of 3. I knew very early on that I wanted to have a career in golf and I have done that. I have 20+ years of experience playing and teaching the game of golf. I have also been blessed with a wonderful wife of 24 years and 2 great kids.
Coach Mitchell Cook is a Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Level 3 trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has been actively coaching in the fitness industry for over a decade. Mitch is the head programmer on our TBX Fit App and leads movement screens and training sessions out of our Utah-based locations. Coach Mitch’s specializes in helping clients build their functional patterns, strength and power in the gym in order to help you move better at your next round or lesson. He works hand in hand with your swing coach, physical therapist, etc in order to boost your on course performance.Coach Mitch is an avid golfer himself and challenges himself to practice what he preaches in local amateur leagues and tournaments. His favorite training tools include kettlebells, barbells, cables, medicine balls, sandbags and maces!
Kyler has been in the game of golf his pretty much his whole life. He comes from a competitive golf background playing for Weber State University for 4 years. After his college golf career, he pursued competitive CrossFit and personal training. He now is head of fitness and programming at the Tee Box and oversees all things fitness. He strives to build the best training environment to help golfers not only improve their game but reach their health and fitness goals.
My name is Bayleigh Steed and I am a Mental Performance Consultant. I have a Master’s in Sport Psychology and two Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology. I have been involved in training and coaching athletes of various sports and ages for 10+ years at various levels from the little kids up to the high schoolers going on to college. I work with teams and athletes individually to improve their training and performance by building confidence, improving communication with teammates and coaches, developing control emotionally, physically, and attentional focus, as well as developing mental toughness and resiliency behaviors.
